Advance registration is now closed; however, you may register on-site at the Walt Disney World Dolphin.
If you are planning to attend:
- Full Conference registration will open on Monday, August 23 at 8:00 am.
- Single Day and Trade Show registration will open on Tuesday, August 24 at 7:30 am.

We will accept VISA, MasterCard, American Express, Travelers Checks, or Cash. We cannot accept company or personal checks.
The EXPO Registration Center is located in the Dolphin Convention Center.
Please note that the dress code for the Opening Night Gala (open only to full conference attendees) is Business Attire (Please…no shorts, jeans or t-shirts without collars). The dress code for all other EXPO programs is business casual.
WEVA EXPO 2010 promises to be a magnificent experience... rest up! And remember to bring plenty of business cards for networking and special prize drawings. Lots of cool gear and accessories will be awarded in this year's drawings! We look forward to seeing you in Orlando!

Even if you can only attend one day, the education from your WEVA EXPO 2010 experience more than pays for itself. Single-Day registration rates are available this year for both members and non-members.

Thinking about going into professional videography as a career-choice? Already working in the industry and want to increase your marketable skills? Use your Student ID for Full EXPO discount registration that also includes a one-year WEVA membership to further extend your education and industry networking. Student ID required to verify student status.
Trade Show-Only

The WEVA EXPO 2010 Trade Show will be open two days: Tuesday, August 24 from 12pm - 7pm and Wednesday, August 25 from 12pm - 6:30pm. One low-cost fee admits you to both days of the show.
Cancellation Policy
All Pre-Registration Discount cancellations must be sent to info@weva.com or via fax to 941-921-3836. Full refund on Pre-Registration Discount is available through August 16, 2010. After August 16, 2010 all registration refunds will incur a $25 administration fee. No refunds can be made after August 20, 2010.
